       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby approved 
       Fiscal Year 1996-97 from Community Development Block Grant funds, 
       Home Investment Partnership Act funds and Emergency Shelter Grant 
       funds as shown on the schedule below:
